Crates and pallets are usually delivered to AB postcodes in 2 - 3 working days from placing your order. For Orkney and Shetland, you should allow 7 working days from placing your order. The haulier may deliver without prior contact so please have your offloading area prepared.

For all other firewood deliveries, we'll deliver as soon as we can. Please refer to the postcode delivery time map.

Please note, however, that delivery times can vary with demand (up to two weeks in the summer months).

This depends on so many factors including the efficiency of your home's insulation, the size of the area to be heated, how often you'll be using your wood-burner etc. We recommend starting with a minimal quantity to see how much you're burning, then take it from there; you can always top up later

We'll make every effort to get your logs to you as soon as we can. Please refer to the postcode delivery time map above.

Please note that many factors affect when delivery will be made; very high or very low demand, weather etc.

Collection is sometimes available by special request. Just get in contact and we'll do our best to help

Our logs average 25cms/10ins in length. Diameters vary

Yes, please! Returning the bags means less waste to landfill and also helps us to maintain our lowest prices. Please let us know that there are bags to collect when you place your next order and we'll collect them when we deliver
