Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be the same quantity as originally supplied, in the same condition as received and protected from the weather. It must also be in the packaging in which it was received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@aberdeenshirelogs.co.uk. Returns will most likely be collected by us. A collection fee may apply. This will be at our discretion and will be communicated before collection. Any collection fee due will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that some returns may need to be sent to the following address:

On occasion, certain return items must be sent by you to the address shown above. Whether they are sent or collected will be at our discretion. Should we decide that a return must be sent, this will be in communicated to you in advance. On receiving the item, providing it is in an acceptable condition, any refund due will be processed.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returned sale items can only be refunded to the amount originally paid.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item wanted is to first communicate your wish to change the item. You should then make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the return is accepted, we will make arrangements to deliver the replacement item and refund the original item. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a collection fee if we decide it is applicable

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
